LaDawna Fleckenstein

It has been the good fortune of LaDawna Fleckenstein to have a diverse background litigating cases in a variety of state and federal courts for more than 15 years as a practicing attorney. Her legal career began in public service as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida where she represented the Florida Department of Corrections in civil litigation. Her practice then evolved into the area of administrative law where she represented the Florida Department of Business and Professions Regulations and prosecuted real estate matters as an Assistant General Counsel. As her experience continued to grow, LaDawna was asked by the Florida Department of Corrections to assist in matters involving rulemaking, which led to an opportunity to assist the executive level of the Florida state government where she helped craft policy and provided advice in regard to policy and litigated matters.

Following a family move to the State of Arkansas, LaDawna became employed in private practice. During that tenure she represented many lenders in bankruptcy proceedings, statutory and judicial foreclosures, eviction proceedings, and legal issues involving land use.She spent a significant amount of time in court and her practice began to involve all facets of negotiations, litigation the ability to reach amicable settlements for her clients. More importantly, it also gave her a clear understanding of how large multinational corporations operate.

After adding a license to practice in North Dakota, LaDawna now finds herself in the practice of law in the State of California once again serving the public in the area of Lemon Law. She finds it satisfying to represent individuals in the face of large worldwide vehicle manufacturers.
